Shotgun Shooting
Depending on the date, location, and your budget, we offer a range of bird quarry and variety of shooting styles from wildfowling and roughshooting to driven shooting. Clay pigeon shooting can also be organised for novice shots or as a practice session.
Driven bird shooting
Available for teams of 8 to 10 guns. The diverse terrain in Scotland and the rest of the UK provides perfect topography for high quality sport, which can sometimes test even the most experienced guns. We can offer you some of the finest shooting locations in the UK.
Grouse
The UK grouse season famously commences on the glorious 12th of August each year and ends on 10 December. Availability for both driven and walked-up grouse shooting is dependent on a number of factors each year. The management of these wild birds goes hand in hand with a range of habitat conservation. Grouse moors are vital breeding grounds for many wildlife species.
Partridge
The partridge shooting season commences on 1st September and rolls on until the last day of January. There are some fantastic opportunities for driven red leg partridge shooting throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK. This species can also be a good addition to a rough shooting day.
Pheasant
The pheasant shooting season begins on 1st October and also continues until the end of January. We have long standing partnerships with many superb well-managed shooting estates. Varying bag sizes are available and we can tailor make an entire package to include transfers and accommodation if necessary. Both driven and rough shooting for pheasants is a great experience.
Wildfowling
We arrange duck and goose flighting in various locations. Duck can also be available as an addition to a driven pheasant/partridge day.
Accommodation
All of our shooting can be accompanied by a variety of services including great accommodation. You will see in our accommodation section that we offer styles to suit all budgets, from cosy self-catering cottages or Bed & Breakfasts to five star Hotels or your own private Castle.
We can also arrange transport, catering services, shoot day loaders and insurance.
It is possible to bring a shotgun into the UK or to hire a shotgun. In all cases, conditions apply.
